DN Communications Ltd initiated the project with an in-depth analysis of the target audience, which included gaming professionals, exhibitors, sponsors, regulators, and casual gaming enthusiasts. The focus was on creating a user-friendly design that would ensure smooth navigation across the site, with specific sections tailored to each category of visitors.

The new agelagos.com was developed with dynamic content sections that would allow AGE Lagos organizers to update event schedules, speaker profiles, exhibitor lists, and sponsorship opportunities in real-time. This addressed the previous challenge of content stagnation, enabling the expo to remain current and engaging in the lead-up to the event.

To simplify the registration process for both attendees and exhibitors, DN Communications integrated a custom-built ticketing and registration system. This system enabled users to easily purchase tickets, reserve exhibition space, and register for workshops or keynote sessions—all from the website.
